Laura's OK if you like listening to fingernails scraping a chalkboard for 3 hours a day.

She is bright all right, so is Rush. Rush is on a mission, and his deconstruction of the Liberal linguistics is well underway. Laura is oriented to human relations. A whole different thing.

I listen to both. I prefer Rush and would always choose him over Laura in a head to head battle, but thankfully, I can listen to her online in the evenings.

Laura's show is a bit less serious and usually features lighter fare than Rush's. There is a place for both and I definitely enjoy both.

Once they start streaming Mark Levin on the web so the world outside NY can hear him, the world will be a better place! :)

Laura Ingraham v. Rush Limbaugh

I guess Rush could be considered cute, but come on, there is no comparison!

Rush is better during the day when you need all business. He is the best, pure and simple.

Sean Hannity's success puzzles me. He is not so bright, not funny, superficial, entirely predictible, not an original bone in his body.

Laura is perfect for 9 PM or so, when the lights are starting to dim and you want a dulcet voice that's sharp as a tack yet always on the edge of a laugh...SNAP OUT OF IT MAN!!!!!

Forgive me. She is STILL under-adored.

Laura's show is always pure delight, and it's the funniest radio show I've ever heard. Both she and Rush are very political, but she does more with cultural issues. I listen to both, but Laura never fails to crack me up several times a show, while Rush--it's been at least ten years since he last introduced a new "update" with theme music--has gotten much less funny over the years.

Rush has more substance on his show... more print media. Laura's OK but more tongue-in-cheek... more TV orientated commentary.

At least, that's my 'opin.

Like them both, but I don't hear as much of Laura as she's on 8-10 here & has to battle with O'Reilly, Dennis Miller & Hannity & Colmes on TV. At least in 3 areas, I like her over Rush...1. Her humor/sarcasm 2. In the manner of Mark Levin & Ann Coulter, she doesn't suffer fools lightly & 3. In judicial matters, she's tops--clerked for Clarence Thomas!

In my area I prefer Boortz, then Rush, and finally Sean.

I've always listened to Rush. Have been listening to Laura for the past 6 months. I love Rush. There is probably more meat to his program, but Laura is more fun, and her legal background gives her an edge on any legal items over Rush.
Find a way to listen to both.

You can listen to Laura online at:

http://play.oneplace.com/Stream/ksky/LiveStreamwmp.asp

She's on 9am-12noon EST, which leads right into Rush Limbaugh Live 12noon-3pm.

I like Rush because he is solid on substance and sarcasm.

I LOVE Laura because she is energetic, witty, loads of fun and I just have the desire to get into a BIG pillow fight with her.

Laura is a very fine and sharp minded person. Sounds a little to gruff. But, she's got true grit. I listen faithfully to Rush Limbaugh, sometimes Sean Hannity and all the time Michael Savage. And on weekends, David Gold and Sunday night when I can, MAtt Drudge.

I heard Tammy Bruce a few times and she has more true grit than all of the above.

I listen to Laura only occasionally (now that I have XM I can receive her show), but I listen to Rush daily, hands down. I think Laura does have a good show, and I think she appeals to a certain segment of society, but I think Rush is, as he would say, at the top of his game. His show is #1 and always will be.

Also, I enjoy listening to Sean Hannity, but sometimes I think Sean repeats stuff too much. For example, he gives his phone number hundreds of times during his three hour show. And he repeats who is going to be on Hannity and Colmes allll the time. Don't get me wrong, I like his show, but I just wish he would cool it on the repition of his phone number and the H&C guests. Do you all ever notice that?

Speaking of shows, I wish Walter E. Williams had his own show. I really enjoy listening to him. And like Rush, I feel like I go away having learned something.

Rush Limbaugh, hands down, and it will be so for a while. He started the revolution. Just saying the word Rush sends the left into a tizzy.
