"recycled" meal!!!.........that's a great description.
Hubby cleaned the carcass of the bird last night - it's in the freezer, the meat from it filled the roaster pan. Other than lunch and snacks I won't do a recycled meal until Sunday - and then the balance will get seperated for later meals and put in the freezer.
We don't have enough left to freeze. I thought we were going to be stuck, a few minutes ago, because the microwave wouldn't work! Fortunately it came back on when I reset the breaker in the garage.
