Man cuts off thieving teens' penises

BANGKOK (Reuters) - A Thai house painter cut off the penises of two teenagers with a knife after he found out they had stolen 50,000 baht (676 pounds) of his savings from an ATM machine, police say.
Manit Srithammathan, 40, told police the teenagers, now in hospital, deserved the punishment as they had betrayed his kindness in letting them stay at his Bangkok suburban house, they said on Saturday.
"There's nothing they deserved more for stealing the money I saved that could have helped me get a job abroad," a police spokesman quoted him as saying.
The painter, facing charges of life-threatening assaults and unlawful confinement, said he could not control his rage as the boys, aged 14 and 15, refused to confess to the theft which he discovered after checking a video record kept by the bank.
Manit threw the severed penises into a canal before his neighbours tipped police off about the incident.
Ouch. Now those teens can join Al Qaeda, along with the rest of them.

I would agree with that, but I wouldn't mind if they sent the guy over here and turned him loose in Arkansas on some of these sex perps who prey on children....especially when they are entrusted with their care. Our court sure as h*ll doesn't do much about them.

That said, in Thailand, 50,000 baht is a good sum.
Baht was 40 baht to the Dollar when I was last there in August 2003. That's about $1250 bucks. When you realize how cheap stuff in Thailand is, that's like $20,000 USD here in the states. Considering the wages of the average Thai, that's probably a couple years pay.
Oh and who's with me that Thai women are probably in the top 3 for most beautiful in the world. Stunning. The men on the other hand are goofy looking and when they speak it sounds like the Aliens from "Mars Attacks". Brapt Rat Vap Rak, Rak, ping Bat, bat bing ping pot Bat.

Nor only that, but what were the boys doing living in this mans house to begin with? Is he the president of the Thai NAMBLA chapter?

20/20 did a story on Thailand several years ago, they said You have to be careful in Thailand because a lot of the women are actually guys. It was a very weird story.
I don't for a second think that people should go to Thailand for a mate or sex. Lots of the hookers in the red light areas of Bangkok are males. I was just commenting that the common women you see on the street, are on average stunning.
I have business in Thailand, I'm not a sex tourist or anything. If I were, I'd come home and my wife would cut it off, hehe.
