If he can login but just can't post ... I'm thinking he has not been banned .. just put in the corner for a time out.

From what I understand about the procedures .. unless you are a troll .. a freepers account and the post the freeper made will be suspended till a review is made by all the mods. ..

Anyone on the net can read FreeRepublic, but cannot post except as a member in good standing. These mods are going to be the death of FR, methinks.
