Sil in got her staples out and is doing as well as can be expected .. Not exactly sure when her treatments start .. for some odd reason my brother couldn't go into details because she could hear him on the phone ...

Her speech is better then I expected .. and though her long term memory is pretty good ... her short term memory is foggy and tends to forget what she wanted to say

As for my sister ... a month or so ago, she was rushed to the hospital thinking she needed to have emergency gallbladder surgery ... it's a looooooooong story but she ended up not having it .. getting out of the hospital and getting a second opinion on what she needed to do. The 2nd doctor recommend the removal and that happened on Monday

Then there was my friends brother... she and her family had to fly to Texas because he almost died ... the doctors were able to get him stable .. but his long term status isn't looking good

Well ... I'm off to take Dana to the Christmas show at school and Mike's not home from work yet ... he's in BIG TROUBLE! .. grrrr
