What I wouldn't give if it were that easy! If it were up to me, the dad and stepmom would get the older 2, and parental rights would be terminated on the younger two and they'd be put up for adoption. 4 kids, and all mom seems to be worried about is the loss of income (2 get SSI and she gets child support on 3, all of which she is no longer getting since they're in foster care) and how bad she looks in court. She and Rainman are probably working on another kid as we type.
Yeah.. Scranton PA has these nice guys who go around 'servicing' the welfare mother types so that they can continue to get welfare.
And the system apparently knows about it.
