I did an update and still looking for the format link.....
On Word it is between Insert and Tools it is not there so how do I restore it?
Click New Mail, go to View, and be sure that your Format Bar is checked...this should enable all the emotcons, bold, underlined, etc features.
Mine is the purchased version, btw.
