I did see the picture's of Gran's new house! It's beautiful!
The granite I've picked out is called Sea Silver Green. Just a hint of green in it. Right now, I was looking at some pale green glass tiles with smaller decorative tiles interspersed for the back splashes, but haven't really decided. There is so much to choose from. When I get it done, I'll post photos. I'm still thrilled with my gas range, and I've been using it for months. My husband is also going to do the floor. Probably the same travertine that we put in the bathrooms upstairs. I look the look of it, and it's not difficult to install. I am considering putting smaller granite tiles interspersed with the travertine to add some pattern to it.

It sounds beautiful. I like the glass tiles too. I have them in one bathroom and I want more. Easy care, good look.

The lady didn't like the yard though...
Any ideas on gussying it all up a bit, or am I on the wrong thread?
