(It's my right to publically celebrate Christmas and state my faith in Christ. At least for now.....)

"I'd love to see your Christmas Vacation pictures" Yeah, me too, preferably before the fire extinguisher is needed. One thing about Mo, she keeps us all laughing with some of her misadventures. I can see this Christmas light trend generating an event as "memorable" as her cake baking ventue of 2 or 3 Christmases ago.

Oh oh .. did I tell you about the new smoke detector I bought.
Instead of getting that loud beeping noise .. I can record a message of my choosing on it instead .. *L*
Actually there have been studies that children wake up faster by the sound of their parents voice then they do by the beeping sound
Here's to hoping I won't need to find out if it's true

"I have never needed a fire extinguisher for my christmas lights ... yet that isLOL! That's what I'm afraid of. I am envisioning a Tim the Tool Man moment. Did you see the episode with the Christmas lights disaster? Kind of along the lines of Christmas Vacation, although it's been awhile since I saw that. LOL!

"Try lots of candles on the tree.....that's a great effect." ROTFL! Good idea, Sharkey. They actually used to do that. Of course, the upside is, you don't have to worry about taking down the decorations and disposing of the tree.

*Groaning*
My MIL has a quote......
"There's nothing worse than a sick man"
Every time Linda, her sister, or her Mom get sick I love turning the quote around......the irony is thrilling.
Justice in spades!

I am envisioning a Tim the Tool Man moment *L* ... I'm not that bad ... I just can't cook dinner
Dana has been watching the Food Channel a lot these days .. I told her any time she wanted to start cooking .. the kitchen was all hers :0)
My MIL was telling once when she had the kids over they were talking about cooking and with that, Jess chimed in and said .. I don't cook
My MIL said Jess was her mother's daughter *L*
