Since we have several new moms and dads at the table (remember--you are a new parent to each of your children!), I thought it might be nice if we helped them sift through the barrage of advice they are now facing. What is the best advice, with regard to becoming a parent, that you have ever heard? The worst? Most ridiculous? Most dangerous?
I've worked in restaurants also......but every once in a while mommy needs a break from cooking!!!!
But she knows to behave, or she will be taken out to the car and we will leave. I've only had to do that once.
Where we live there is no such thing as a "bar," everyplace is a restaurant with a liquor license. 2 of the 3 we like going to for our Friday afternoon "date" time, we have no qualms about bringing Jax into. Because of the nature of the places and the times we go with her, it's never a problem.
The staff in the places also are in love with my child and her very wish is their command - it's really weird. I've been in both places without her and there are other folks in their with their kids and the staff has an entirely different attitude with them.
Yippee for thee!! :o)
Good idea, LOL!
Are you sure? At 16 won't they be better able to defend themselves?
