Bill's hair looks like it was done by Al Hunt's barber. Maybe it's the rain, maybe his puffy do is slicked down but it's a different look since he isn't using AF1 time for his coiffures anymore. I am going on the record as not pitying him. He is a miserable excuse for a human being. And his wife is worse.
