There was another line in Diamonds are Forever that always cracks me up.

James Bond has rescued Willard Whyte (Jimmy Dean), from a mountain home with the help of some CIA agents. When they are leaving, one of the henchmen opens fire on them with a sniper rifle. The agents shoot the guy, whose name is Burt Saxby, who falls to his death.

Bond-"Saxby"

Whyte-"BURT SAXBY?"
Bond-"Yes"

Whyte-"Tell him he's fired."
