I caught the 4am rebroadcast of O'Reilly. It was funny, about every third word from Madonna had a pseudo British pronunciation. Why do so many Americans equate British with sophistication? They have just as much low culture as we do (football hooligans, Benny Hill, huge home invasion rate, ect.).
