Could Bush be elected again? (VANITY)

Posted on 11/10/2004 12:16:38 PM PST by republicanbob1

Something I was thinking today. Could bush be elected again? I was thinking he was appointed by the Supreme Court in 2000 and this time he was elected. So technically he was only elected once. So could he run again? Im sure Bush wont run again Im not saying that at all. Just something I was curious about.

Thanks everyone I understand now. The Supreme court did not call the election. They called for a recount in FL. I wasnt trying to lie. Or us Democrat talking points.

Here's a hint for you: Don't expose your email address in your blog.

Another hint: A blog generally consists of your own writings, not quoted news stories.

Another hint: Read FR for a while before posting.

>>>>The supreme Court had the final say in the 2000 election.

WRONG! It was the US Constitution that had the final say in the 2000 election. Just like it did in the elections of 1876 and 1888.

Oh man. You've been a troll all along.

The Supreme Court stopped the selective recounts in Florida, and reversed a decision by the Florida Supreme Court that was not based on the election laws of Florida. It meant only that the certified results of the election in Florida stood. It did not "appoint" anyone to anything.

That'll teach ya to post vanities! Think before you post. Suspicious wording + noobie = troll to a lot of people.

FWIW I don't think you are a troll. Welcome to FR!

Your premise shows that you are either naive, or believe we are all stupid. I am not sure which it is.

Please explain to us exactly how President Bush was elected into office only once.

I think we had a poorly worded post by a newbie. Check #70. He is trying to dig out. If he survives he will be stronger for it.

If Repubbob isn't a troll, then he's getting a trial by flame! Next time, bob, lurk and read a bit more before posting DU talking points. It might be less painful for you.

People People Im not a troll and Im not trying to lie about anything. HA! It was just a question.

You're new here, aren't you? Just to let you know--most of the people here go into apoplectic fits if you question the Maximum Leader in any way. You're just supposed to chant "Four legs good! Two legs bad!"

He doesn't have to be elected again. He is now president for life. We have operatives at Diebold who have rigged all the voting machines to record only votes for Bush for eternity. Halliburton has designed a special paper ballot that will only accept check marks for Bush. A secret executive order has abolished any portion of the consitution that permits desent or disagreement with us. Feel better?

No, no, no, no, no!

Are you having trouble with the language today? The Supreme Court put a stop to the recount nonsense.
