[sigh] I am so very old.

The Who. Movie. Quadrophenia.

Actually, the movie is not high art, but the music is good. There's a particularly good scene with "Love, Reign o'er me" that is pretty much the best ever. That's still my favorite Who song.

Ya know...I couldn't tell you a single song The Who ever did. Which is a shortcoming on my part, for all I know.

But age doesn't necessarily have much to do with it! These musicals are older, I'd guess!

It's kinda funny...I have major gaps in my musical knowledge when it comes to the eighties and nineties - dunno really much of anything from the late eighties and early nineties in particular - but I know a LOT of music from "before my time", especially from the early sixties on back.
