The jedis have a love/hate relationship with the Hardy Boys. Every chapter ends with a cliffhanger and since I only read one chapter, it can be pretty frustrating for them. Especially Joshua, who's very emotional and cries when I shut the book! LOL But I'm hard hearted...I shut that book and kiss him goondnight!
Bedtime is 8:30pm...I read to them after they get into bed. Matthew then can read until 9:30pm on his own. He just finished reading "Mountain Pony and the Elkhorn Mystery". I've never heard of it, but I thought it looked good so I bought it for 25 cents at a used book fair!

Im hardhearted too, which I think is why Erin has taken to grabbing up the book when Im not looking and reading it herself. And it does no good to put her to bed at 8:30...she'll lay there and read till 11:00 if I let her...(takes after her Mama that way, I suppose! LOL)
I actually worked a bit on my writing today! woohoo! I am proud of myself...
