Arafat dead yet?
How many times he been dead so far? I lost count somewhere between "leukemia" and "AIDS".
Butters, meanwhile, is hospitalized with a noogie...
So...it's probably OK for a couple days out of the cradle? I think my mistake is that a couple of times I let it go longer than that. But I'm learning! This is good!
Usually when I press the power button, it shuts off just fine. But on occasion, I can press and press that thing, and the screen will NOT power off, until I reset it using the little button on the side. I'm not sure why. Windows CE is still something of a mystery to me, though I'm learning how to find my way around it.
I've got ActiveSync working on my PC at work the way I want it, I think...finally. Don't have a cradle at home, though. Wish I did. Might be up next for things-to-beg-for-futilely. ;-) We kinda got a limited budget.
But I really wanna try out the keyboard! It's probably awful...but even so...it appeals to me.
Oh! And pressing and holding the power button makes it go to a setting where the screen is really too dim to read, but not off. Is that right?
Evenin'
My laptop at work is officially leaving on Friday. It's been having multiple problems. I tried to sign back on before I left for choir, but I got the blue screen of death.
ecurbh - glad ya got the name change done. Make sure you do it with Social Security. We'd been married 15 years and it took trying to file our taxes electronically to find out that the Mrs. had never changed her name with the SS Administration. IRS wouldn't accept it online.
LOL. I like the way you think.
there was no capper today... only had does and a young six pointer in range... the big Kahuna t'warn't nowhere tuh be seen...
jest got back from youth and choir... I'm flat tuckered out...
corin, cain't believe you aren't in jail after a "disgruntled employee" incident...
Yup, Social Security was our first stop. Followed by drivers license, then the bank.
Well first, the big troll was out today. But I'm no fool.
We gots people whut can carry firearms legally in our office...
*rolls eyes heavenwards*
I work with people like that. Oh, and just yesterday, someone was asking why everytime they send me pictures over the internet, they bounce back.
I replied "Because hotmail is a free e-mail service and its too small to accept large attachments".
Then I heard "Well, can't you delete some of the stuff you have in there?"
*deep breath* "Yes, but it is still too small to accept a bunch of pics."
"I know! But maybe if you cleared out some of the stuff in there...."
"Hello? Let me speak more slowly...Hotmail....is.....free. It...has....limited...space...unless...you...pay....for...premium....service. That...means...even....if....it's....empty....it....cannot......accept....an....e-mail.....with......five.....pictures...attached."
"Oh."
Evenin' XGI!
Arafat's dead. They just don't want to pull the plug on him!
aaack!
Wife is watching "Law and Order" in the other room. It's a story about a gay Governor, his lover who got all the state contracts, an employee he harrassed...
...and the his dead wife.
er...and his dead wife....
good call... an IED would be in order...
I'm not watchin' it.
But you can always tell with "Law and Order." If they post a disclaimer about "coincidence" at the end, the plot was ripped right out of the headlines.
I have a feelin' I'll regret askin'
Que es "IED?"
chicken... triple dawg dare yuh...
Improvised Explosive Device...
~snif~
That's just beautiful.
