Watching the bin Laden tape today, I noticed a set of severe inconsistencies. While I cannot put a direct link up, go to www.foxnews.com. On the right side there is a topic bar. Select "U.S. and World." Under that heading you will find the bin Laden tape.
Watch it carefully. I noticed several discrepancies.
First, it appears that bin Laden is standing in front of a Computer Graphics Screen, better known in layman's terms as a blue screen or a green screen. But why would OBL want to CG in a curtain?
Second, look at the outline of bin Laden's body. If you look closely, it resembles a cardboard cutout placed in front of a curtain. Obviously that isn't literally what happened, but the picture does look as though it was the image of bin Laden that was CG'ed onto the background.
Thirdly, watch bin Laden's motions. They appear robotic and not entirely human. Combine that with the way his mouth moves when he talks. It simply does not look like a normal person talking. It looks CG'ed in.
My conclusion is that this tape is false. And one must ask how bin Laden is watching a Michael Moore movie in a cave?
Freepers, tell me what you think.
To suggest that this particular bin laden tape may not be what it is purported to be does not go beyond the pale of rational discussion. After all other bin Laden tapes have been declared fakes, or to be old tapes with new text added, and many people have good reason not to trust AL Jezeera or the US CIA.
Further since this latest tape may have harmed the President, I think it important to know if it's legit.
regards,
Is it not odd that the other tape which had an America-types making threats was held for weeks while it was verified. A guy who claims to be Osama hits the streets immediately.
I doubt it was Osama since we have already killed him but this little fact will have to wait........
I think it does. No bin Laden video has been declared to be a fake.
You can be paranoid if you wish.
Okay.
Have you taken your meds today?
Not saying one way or the other, but what`s to say someone didn`t get ahold of an old Bin Laden tape and use a voice-over. I can hardly make out the speaker behind the translator on the tape. Video editing could take bin laden`s image out of an old video, cg a generic background to hide that fact and voice actors play the part. Either way (real or not) this tape is clearly meant to counteract the "Azzam the American" tape which was viewed as a challenge for Americas voting for Bush.
"Some will say that there is no devil "
the Dark Lord laughs at such fools!
MWHUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
I do think, however, that he is largely impotent tactically. If he could strike, he would.
If you think I'm buying into the Karl Rove B.S. then you haven't read anything else I've posted. Believe me, I'm not.
My argument is that AL QAEDA is using a false image of bin Laden. Duh.

My argument is that AL QAEDA is using a false image of bin Laden. Why? A last ditch effort to get rid of the man who has lead a decimation of that organization.
That's not conspiracy theory. That's a terrorist organization getting desperate.
