...Everyday of the year!
Happy Halloween!
Didn't get to see 'Stolen Honor', I keep missing it. Kudos to NewsMax for once. :-)
I saw both candidates at a party this weekend. I did notice that W had a big smile and kerry looked dismayed (and dead).
Thanks for bringing those in here. I needed a smile this morning.

Mr. M and I always leave the house on the evening of Oct. 31, and thus avoid trick-or-treaters. Tonight, we'll be visiting a new Chinese restaurant. But we did manage to get in our own little "trick" last night: under cover of darkness, we affixed a sign to a tree on the edge of our leftwing little college town, reading: "10 out of 10 terrorists agree: Anyone but Bush, We Like Kerry!" Surprisingly, no one's taken it down yet, though I'm sure many of the local pinkos were offended when they saw it this morning. That's a shame.
THIS campaign is ending just in time before someone gets hurt. John Kerry's stepson, Chris Heinz, 31, displayed his mother Teresa's famous lack of rhetorical restraint at a recent campaign event with a group of Wharton students. Philadelphia magazine reports: "Heinz accused Kerry's opponents - 'our enemies' - of making the race dirty. 'We didn't start out with negative ads calling George Bush a cokehead,' he said, before adding, 'I'll do it now.' Asked later about it, Heinz said, 'I have no evidence. He never sold me anything.'"
Heinz also reminded writer Sasha Issenberg of Pat Buchanan by saying, "One of the things I've noticed is the Israel lobby - the treatment of Israel as the 51st state, sort of a swing state." Buchanan was blasted as an anti-Semite years ago when he cited Israel's "amen corner" in Congress. (PageSix)
What do you mean, nice costume? I'm not wearing a costume!
(Real caption: the Hildebeaste panders and simultaneously violates IRS regulations at yet another black church)
Darn, it's not 'can I get me a huntin' license here,' what the heck am I supposed to say to persons of color? Oh yes, whattup, Dog?
Etwards picked up a spare tire on the campaign trail.
Yowzer, did hilly do that to her hair on purpose?
A really bad highlight job, huh?
Only a few dozen people showed up for an outside Kerry rally that featured the political debut of former first daughter Chelsea Clinton.
"When I was asked to join the campaign trail today, I was a little nervous," Clinton smiled. "I am not accustomed to public speaking and this is my first political speech."
Only 41 were present to hear Chelsea, and 9 citizens, oddly, walked away as she explained why she believed Tuesday's vote is the most important of her lifetime.
More if you can stand it.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune wrote up it's latest poll this morning showing Kerry 9 points ahead (waaaay outside other polls showing it tied or Bush up). They always do this the weekend before the election (to boost Dem turnout).
So here's what he wrote:
[Strib Pollster].."You're not going to see Kerry winning by 8 points, and that lead in the poll may be a little high. The poll is very consistent with a whole lot of other results, so no one can disagree with it."Ha Ha! Those pesky voters keep turning more conservative after Friday....LOL!!!!Bush also could be helped by the fact that the Minnesota Poll has, since 1996, consistently found that starting the Friday night before the election, the electorate becomes more conservative and ends up voting more Republican.
Yikes, one's scarier than the other!
"We proved we could be safe and secure at home, and still have more allies and friends in the world."
So sad to see mental illness in a young person.
I'm guessing Kerry's Krew forgot to brief her on reminding people her daddy treated terrorists as a nuisance.
