I wouldn't have any friends if I didn't have Dems as my friends. I just had to endure listening to all the soccer moms at my son's game this morning rant about President Bush and how they can't believe he's President. One mom actually said, "Do you know that there are people in this country that actually like him?" and another mom chimed in, "They must live on Mars."

Well I am lucky. My father's entire family has been Republican since reconstruction. My mother's family were all Roosevelt dems. Now it seems(in her immediate family) are all supporting Bush, except for one elder brother, who can see past his spiteful nose..LOL. Mom's cousins are still staunch dems. as alot are educators, and elected state and local officials.
My husband's immediate family is 3to2 for Bush. Sadly most of our friends are dems., but the good news is,a lot of them will probably vote for Bush.

I also have RABID Dem relatives and I refuse to discuss politics with them.I used to, they're all gone now. Funny thing, they all thought I voted their way. (democrat), but I always voted Republican.
What do you do, if they bash President Bush? Grin and bear it? omg..
