Who cares what the statistic says? The point is, Kerry did a quick look-see around him and concluded based on.... what exactly?.... that no one there was anywhere near the evil $200K threshold. Too many non-designer suits in the room? Too many unmanicured nails? It was an snotty, unnecessary "observation".
