If an individual believes in the pillars of Islam, which by definition, includes "Jehad" as one of the pillars, then that belief contravenes our basic faith in the US Constitution.

Jihad is NOT one of the five pillars of Islam.

The Five Pillars are faith in One God with Muhammad as his messenger, Prayer 5 times a day, charity and tithing, fasting during Ramadan, and pilgrimmage to Mecca.
