I just downloaded the Senate Intelligence Report onto my computer and now don't know where it is :-)

The computer chose Internet Explorer as a place to put this PDF file. Now what do I do to actually bring up the report?

Actually, I'm at the library. Our home computer is on life support.

I have 45 minutes left of my allotted one hour of internet access time. 15 minutes were wasted checking e-mail, etc.:)
