Suppose I was a law enforcement type person and I had a series of crimes in which the perp was video taping his crimes and sending the tapes to the local new channel. Would there be a way for me to broadcast signals from an aircraft, towers or buildings such that my signals would end up on the perps tape without him or her knowing?
Sure........Go low tech and blow a dog whistle. Test it first and use a spectrum analyzer to find the bandwidth of the dog whistle. Play some really bad master tapes from the 70's with all that hiss in the background ;)
