WEll then it may be something your DIL will have to learn to deal with. IMO, every horse has a hole, a problem. Once you find the hole, you just have to decide "is it something I can/want to deal with.
Since it's not often may just be his hole:)

Well, she and I both love that horse dearly so we'll deal with it if it can't be changed. He really is worth a problem or two. :)

Truer words were never spoken. Tuffy is gentle as a kitten, sunny personality and wouldn't hurt a fly. His health is terrible, he has allergies constantly, his feet suck. I've decided I'll deal with the health problems since he's so gentle and he really restored my confidence after a bad buck-off on another horse.

Winnie tends to be a little herd bound but she doesn't buck, spook or run off.

I wish the perfect horse existed...but that ain't gonna happen!
