Now for the rest of the recipe for IG...
Cook chicken 25-30 minutes (I use the pressure cooker)
Combine sauce ingredients - soup through milk. Sauce should be pourable, use more milk if needed. thinner if to be served over rice.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with broccoli
Slice chicken into bite sized pieces, spread over broccoli
Cover with sauce. Use a fork to move the ingredients around to allow sauce to sink in.
Top with cheese
350 degree oven - cook 30 minutes or until bubbling.
Top with toasted almonds
