You don't need to put up the instructions. I just need the proportions. I'm going to the grocery store now before the Ryder cup starts (sigh). Best I can recall, it uses chicken, broccoli, cr. of mushroom soup, mayo, lemon jc, bouillon, curry, milk or ck stock to thin, cheese, and almonds. Did I forget anything?

Sorry, just noticed the time stamp, hope you're not gone yet... Have to type it out, don't have it saved on the 'puter...

4 boneless chicken breasts
5 cups broccoli (steam in microwave for 3 min, not too done)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of mayo
1 1/2TBSP of chicken bouillon granules
1 TBSP lemon Juice
I cup broth from cooked chicken
1/2 cup milk
2-3 cups cheddar cheese
sliced almonds
