Wow, thanks for posting the trailer for the movie Celsius 41.11. I had heard about it but did not know the particulars. I for sure will purchase a ticket and go see that one. And if CBS airs Michael Moore's movie the night before the election, maybe another network will air this one. (Yeah, right)

Well, as promised, Uncle Teddy is out campaigning for Kerry-well, he is actually campaigning against Bush, not much to campaign for Kerry for..KENNEDY ON BASH BUSH TOUR

" Sen. Ted Kennedy let his Portuguese Water Dogs, Sunny and Splash, run out of his campaign van, take care of business and trample the ivy near the parking lot at the Wyndham Hotel in Swatara Twp. yesterday. A few minutes earlier, Kennedy had done the same to President Bush."

Having never heard of a Portugese water dog, I did a google and found out what one looks like...

If the movie is half as good as the trailer,,, wow indeed!

"You should have the same health care plan as the Senate, and the Congress and the president. And I believe that and John Kerry does, too," Kennedy said.

Please, somebody ask Teddy or Kerry, why haven't they gotten this idea passed into law? Are they both that ineffectual or is it just not possible? At least 20 years they've had to DO SOMETHING, anything.

Having never heard of a Portugese water dog

I hadn't either, they sort of look like those big herding dogs (can't remember the name, they're big, white and fluffy).

On a completely different note, can you believe that Kerry is trying the Halliburton howl? The flop sweat is getting knee deep over at the Kerry campaign I tell ya! :-)

And this revelation from PageSix:

September 18, 2004 -- WITH Dan Rather and CBS under fire for broadcasting what seem to be fake National Guard documents in a story slamming President George W. Bush, PoliticalMoneyLine.com probed the political contributions made by CBS News staffers. Turns out that Rather's minions are overwhelmingly Democratic. CBS News-ers have donated $17,050 to federal candidates and political action committees since 1982. Of that amount, $10,800 was for Democrats and the DNC; $3,500 went to Lenora Fulani's wacky New Alliance Party; and only $2,750 went to the GOP. The biggest individual recipient was Fulani, who received $3,500 from a CBS News staffer back in the 1980s. The second highest was Sen. Hillary Clinton, who took in $2,250 from three CBS News employees. Among the CBS contributors: the late Charles Kuralt, who gave $1,000 to Harvey Gantt for Senate in 1996; David Garfinkle of "60 Minutes," who gave $1,000 to Bill Bradley's presidential campaign; and "60 Minutes" correspondent Steve Kroft, who gave $300 to Ham Fish, Jr.'s race for Congress in 1994.

Shocking eh? ;-)
