See my post #21 on this thread, Rangel isn't even trying to hide the fact that he is making a political statement by proposing this mandatory draft. Both bills are admittedly DOA.
I have never seen this email before but I'm glad someone started this thread. It just shows, once again, how low the Bush-haters can be. I'll be sure to share this with others.
