Skorzeny went to Egypt after WW2. I seem to recall that SS types who went to Egypt and did NOT convert were an anomaly...

I know many Nazis did go to Egypt, Syria, Iran, and more then likely Iraq. And yes, many did convert to Islam. Otto Skorzeny did also go to Argentina and befriend Juan and Evita Peron before Egypt. In fact, he was her personal bodyguard. Here's a list of Nazis that fled to the Middle East. Alois Brunner-Adolf Eichmann's aide. Georg Fischer. Syria. Leopold Gleim-Ali Nascher. SS Colonial and head of Polish Gestapo. Egypt. Alois Mosser-SS General who killed Ukrainian Jews. Egypt and personal aide to Gamal Nasser. Oskar Dirlenwanger-SS General known for his brutality and sadism. Egypt. Franz Stangl-Commander of Treblika and Sobibor death camp. Syria and Brazil. I notice very few people know that Nazis fled to the Middle East like Egypt.
