As much as I hated "the pig", I wouldn't turn down the opportunity to shoot one --from the bipod-- again.
Aggressive house cleaning!
At one time 2J was on this email newsletter thing called "Flylady" that had the cleaning schedule for the day...one of those things where you do a certain number of chores each day to keep your house neat and clean.

gonna help a neighbor get his house finished... you remember the feller that wanted to claim about 15 acres of my land because of an old fenceline and I threatened to shoot him if'n he tried?... that's theguy...
apparently a bunch of men from his church are comin' out around 1000 to help him with the "house" he's been workin' on fer about five years now... pro'ly take over the brush hawg... sure it'll need it...
mrsnads takin' thekids intuh town tuh look at fiddles... we have a friend who is a music teacher and plays the violin that's goin' tuh help...
don't worry... it's been added to the "shoot on sight" pile... you won't feel a thing...

During the week, my number is 0, and last weekend I went out of town. I have clean laundry on the back of the sofa, dirty laundry in the foyer, the vacuum cleaner has been out "so I can use it" for at least 3 weeks.
I need looking after :)
If I keep the NC registration I automatically get the NC bulletin board everytime someone makes a post. NC freepers use the state board more than the Kansas freepers do.

Sears is s'posed to be deliverin' a new dryer this a.m. (2J we cain't hang clothes out here, we don't get sunshine anymore) I've gotten two calls this mornin' sayin' that they were runnin an hour late. Won't work, I gotta take Luke to a b'day party (wife is workin' the sale). 'Course if they didn't require someone over 18 to be at home, Jr. could sign for it.
I told 'em (both of 'em) "If you aren't here on time, we'll shop somewheres else."
Oh, and remember that nastygram I sent to that company tryin' to collect money fer the Science Fiction Book Club? They've called AGAIN (and I gave 'em whut fer) and yesterday I get ANOTHER letter. I'm thinkin' about hittin' the sci-fi bullentin boards and seein' if there's other people with similar troubles.
Other than that I'm tryin' to find the house...sorta looks like one of them tornados came thru the front door.

Fox just showed pictures of Caroline County, VA. That's just north of us (just north of Kings Dominion actually).
Wife is working kids consignment sale at the church (selling toys and clothes, not kids). One of the women there lost her house yesterday to a tornado.
