If she got implants the men on this forum would make fun of her for doing that, too. We can't win. Nothing wrong with implants. I actually prefer them to the real thing. No droopage and they last longer. Plus, implants allow women to choose the size they prefer (I would reccomend D cups, but that's just me).
Think of it as fixing God's little mistakes.

I think it's all a matter of proportion, and she has the ideal balance for her long, lean body. I also think that if she chose to get implants, she'd know not to go overboard. She can't lose, in my book.
