If she had "a little more up top," she wouldn't be the athlete she is. Breasts really get in the way of athletic competition at a high level. And since breasts are mostly made of fat, when a female athlete is working out eight hours a day she is not going to be able to keep much body fat on. Speaking from personal experience here as a former female athlete.
