Well, of course. I told the wife we were just very fortunate that we were there and not still at class, or worse that we weren't at the beach.
It was also good that it happened last night instead of Monday night during all the flooding.
Wife talked to her orthopedic surgeon who had already seen her this a.m. He said it's not uncommon earlier on, but this is a bit unusual. He's getting her a brace and she'll come home today or tomorrow.
Wife also chatted about how Nana hears things and amplifies the severity. Dr. was already tuning in to that.
That was my first thought...not uncommon to have it happen in the hospital, even before discharge, for these things to dislocate. Not so common later on.
