Hmmm, not sure you can do that to adamantium because of its chemical properties. Magneto's been able to control Wolverine's body but not rip it apart. But even if Vader could do that, he'd have to think to do it in time before Wolverine closed the distance and sliced him and diced him. Or as Wolverine put it,
"Hey, bub, I know what you're thinkin'. 'He's hurt and he's five meters away from me, and I've got a full clip of ammo in my rifle. Question is: can I kill Wolverine before he can reach me an' cut me into shish-kebab with those freaky claws of his?' Well, bub, Wolverine is virtually unkillable.
