I'll trade you slugs for aphids...I think. Don't have a clue how to get rid of those things! They're attacking the runner beans, though they actually seem to be dwindling compared to earlier this summer.

I have actual beans now, too! Cool!

You can get 'em some slug bait

or some diatimaceous...stuff

or sprinkle some salt on 'em

or leave out some beer in a shallow dish...but that would be a waste of beer.

My beans are shooting up now, too--the stalks are getting tall! Reminds me of Jack and the Beanstalk when I look at them :)
