LOL- don't assume these'll be too good.
This is my first attempt, truly an experiment. The scientist in me could not be restrained. There are two groups of jars: kosher-garlic-style and the more traditional pickle spice. The control jars go by the recipes. The others vary by the amount of spice, the ripeness of the cukes, presence of grape leaves, etc. Geek pickles.
On the flip side of that...I LOVE kraut...but my wife forbade me from ever eating it.
Unless I promised not to be around her, or in the house, for at least three days following.
No, but they didn't really pick up any slack either. I gotta get to work.
BTW, I literally spent over an hour on the phone last night with AOHell. I had rather foolishly signed up for their two months free so we could have dialup at the beach. Last night I called to cancel. I was on hold for at least thirty-five minutes until "Susan" answered and I said "I'd be happy to help you with that."
I said to her "I do not want to hear about additional offers, additional plans, AOL broadband, AOL security, AOL anything. All I want to do is end this call knowing that I do not have any account with AOL, either dial-up OR broadband. I want to know that my credit card will not be billed and that I will be able to uninstall AOL from my computer as soon as this call is ended. I do not want to hear about additional plans, about monks and scribes about stone tablets and chisels or anything that AOL has to offer. I want to cancel my account and if you are not the person able to help me to do that, please connect me with the person who can."
I swear I said that at least seven times, and that's no exaggeration.

Interestingly tho, I couldn't install the Photoshop program until I uninstalled AOL...

Hey Jen,
I finished my last episode (#39) of FMA last night. So I went around desperately looking for the next few eps. I found 'em and have downloaded through #42 and will get #43 when I get home tonight.
It's funny, because he's so tiny compared to many others his age, but he's so fierce! That picture of him with the bowling ball is just a perfect example!! He's fixin' to bowl, and he's going at it full attack! He's literally growling in that picture! LOL He's never had to attack a person, but God help 'em if he ever did!
He once told me that the only thing he regretted about not going to public school was having the opportunity to beat up bullies.
I don't know where he gets it.
No time to catch up at the moment, so I'll have to come back to see how many mini-dramas I've missed. :-)
I did see that Corin has returned, so here's some breakfast.
