Hi, Alkhin! I'm planning to send you some script notes tonight--working on it right now. BTW, do you have a picture showing the type of clothing Nathaniel is supposed to be wearing? I'm trying to find something to use as a guide.

I don't remember if it mentions neck juice. But it's the one with Torgo, the guy with the haunting theme music, spastic stuttering, big knees, and goat foot.

What other ones you got? I've got most of the SciFi Channel ones, plus a few pre-SciFi ones like The Pod People, Santa Claus Conquers the Martians, The Gunslinger, Mitchell, and Catalina Caper.

Nope. Don't have that one. Let's see....I've got Beginning of the End, Overdrawn, Timechasers, and The Brain that Wouldn't Die.

((Thank you Fedora)) you're so kind to me! I dont have any pics at the moment, but I am sure I can find some. And the email problem appears to be fixed so have no fear of sending the stuff. I am supposed to work on church stuff today, but had to come here to say hello to everyone. Just give me a bit and I will send what I can find your way.

JenB are y'all talking of Thai food? I LOVE THAI. I searched all over for one of the main herb ingredients, makrut kaffir lime tree. The leaves are used in a lot of the coconut based stuff. For some reason, and I am guessing because of the citrus industry, no one is allowed to 'import' that tree into Texas, California or Florida...but its essential in Thai, I have found. Makes a world of difference.

Okay...NOW I'm hungry...

I have "Timechasers" :) Think I have "Brain", too--will have to check after I get back. I'm going out for a couple hours now but I'll be around after that.

Thai is sooooo good. I primarily use curry paste, coconut milk, and sriachi sauce, but next time I go to the Wal-mart I'm going to get some fish sauce which is another good spicy thing.

I put beef, pork, or chicken in. It's good with any of those.

Looking forward to seeing what you send me! I'm going out for a bit here but I'll be back later and will send you some stuff then. I have some ideas on a few of the panels.

I think I was the one who brought up Thai food--Jen was talking about coconut milk, which is what made me think of that. I love Thai food, though!--esp. spicy chicken dishes (chicken with pineapple is probably my favorite) and Tom Yum Gai.

OT: Chicago, giant grasshoppers and Peter Graves, good grief, I remember seeing that one at the Saturday double feature matinee. We were in Chicago visiting relatives and I went with two of my cousins. That was a goodly number of years ago.

heh, whoops, it's OB here, didn't check to see who was logged on. I guess I don't recall all that much about it, but lack of locale authenticity doesn't surprise me much.

Yup or the Ponderosa Pine forest in the Waltons. Looks like your old stomping grounds is on line for hit from Charles. Still tracking for Corin's backyard according to the local "fish wrap".

Anybody heard from Corin since his last trip into 'the attic'?

You'll want lemongrass with that too. Fish sauce is SMELLY! But makes stuff taste good!! Use sparingly, I have found, otherwise your whole kitchen will stink.

I much prefer Thai to Chinese now.

Fedora, an email with links is on its way.

I have got to get off...am WAY behind on my church stuff...will check in later this evening!

I like to try the really unusual dishes, but have found that Pad Thai is really the best choice. Also love Thom Ka Gha (coconut soup) is VERY good. That uses the kaffir lime leaves. I finally found me a couple of trees in Austin and they are my prized possessions. Very pungent stuff as well.

Coconut soup sounds like something I have to try! I've loved every Thai soup I've tried so far.

Amazing what an exo-skeleton can do for ya'.

And to be so small that scaling factors don't appear. Small mass/volume means they can breathe through the exoskeleton, rather than needing lungs to pump air to the circulation system.
