I bet you could even make chips of a sort from them. Cut them in triangles after they're cooked and bake 'em...like I did with the flatbread thingies.

I should try that...could make nachos with 'em, sort of.

Mmmm, nachos. . .Those are some good ideas, thanks! I usually eat tortillas or Triscuits to substitute for chips. Also sometimes bread.

I like a taco salad of sorts, now and then. Crumble up some nacho chips in a bowl, add your beef or chicken meat, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olive, some sour cream and some salsa, mix well.

Mmmmm.... makes a big messy bowl of good stuff. :)
