How many carbs in Morning Relief? ;-)
I'm actually finding I get a LOT fewer headaches these days. Still get 'em...but used to be a few times a week, and now it's much rarer. I'm assuming sugar highs and lows didn't help.

I'm taking Corin's advice and getting a cup of Joe in me before I move on to the morning relief...since I cut back so far on my caffeine, that stuff is a real jolt.
It's a tension headache though...woke up with it...could feel my jaw, eyes, forehead and neck all tight.
Been fighting my demons all night in my sleep, I guess.
