This is an email I just got from Jerry Yonko. It's in all caps, so it's hard on the eyes, but easy on the heart. It sounds like differing kinds of scrub brushes would be appreciated.

RICK, IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT ALL HERE WHO HAVE BEEN TOUCHED BY YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATIONS THOUGHTS AND EFFORTS APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DO FOR US. IT IS HARD ENOUGH BEING AWAY FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUT TO HAVE A TOTAL STRANGER REACH OUT AND TOUCH US MEANS SO MUCH. THANKS FOR ALL FROM ALL!

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL REQUESTS FROM THE GUYS HERE FOR SCRUB BRUSHES. NOT FOR FLOORS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT BUT TO CLEANS PERSONAL GEAR AND EQUIPMENT. HAND BRUSHES OR POT BRUSHES WOULD BE MOST WELCOME. WE HAVE RECEIVED POPCORN OIL WITH COCONUT OIL MIXED IN. I THINK THAT WILL DO FOR US SO YOU CAN CONCENTRATE ON OTHER ENDEAVORS.

THE ATTITUDES HERE ARE VERY POSITIVE. THE GUYS AND GALS OF THE ARMED SERVICES ARE AWESOME. I AM AMAZED EACH DAY AT THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CAN DO SPIRIT THAT IS DISPLAYED ON A REGULAR BASIS. ALL AMERICANS SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEIR FAVORITE SONS AND DAUGHTERS AS THEY SHOW THAT WE AS A PEOPLE CARE ABOUT OTHERS AND ARE WELLING TO PUT OUR LIVES AND POCKETBOOKS IN JEOPARDY TO PROVE IT. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.
