You know, I do too... I can pretty well tell when I'm being "had" but sometimes I don't exactly know how or what to do about it. I can also usually tell when I'm being lied to, or when someone isn't being exactly forthcoming...is that the word?
I usually keep it to myself, except I usually tell Steve and he is just astounded when it's revealed that my suspicions are accurate. He's clueless, bless him, when it comes to what people are really up to. He takes eveyone at face value, which I guess is pretty nice.
I attribute it to being raised in a home where nothing was ever said outright, but only allusions and sideways comments..I learned to read people very well. That and readily keeping my heart open to the Helper
That's why I always say, "Don't pull any psychological crap on me...I can read right through it."
