Been having thunderstorms here for about 4 hours. The HAM weather station says we've nearly had an inch of rain this afternoon! I am wondering if that storm had something to do with my troublesome connection to this number earlier.
Ivy (cousin age 4) and I are making Play Doh stuff now. :-) Fun is being had! :-)

I am going to be helping Aunt Cheryl babysit the kids this week - except for half a day sometime when I'm going bike riding with a friend. My bike's been down for too long so he's bringing his bike over and I'm just gonna ride with him for about half a day. I *think* I can still remember how to ride on the back. *sigh*
Saturday we're having our city 4th of July celebration and I'm helping with parade stuff and Sunday I'm going to a gun show with a cousin. :-) Driving home a week from today. Got a fun busy week ahead of me! :-)
Great, now I'm going to have nightmares about traveling tomorrow. At least my parents are coming along, I'll let them do the worrying.

You know I am much more at peace when I'm down here than in Wichita Falls. When I'm up there - I get to worrying about stuff I shouldn't worry about - just cause. Aunt Cheryl is sacked out on the couch now and I've got the kids watching a video and Ivy and I are still making Play Doh stuff. :-)
Yep, lots of times we don't see those consequences but they're there. This time it was just really nice. :-)
Must take kids up in the playrooms to play. They're getting rowdy and Aunt Cheryl is sleeping. Back later.

So...tomorrow's the day of the big trip?
We went on a little trip today...about an hour and a half away to a place with actual big stores like Circuit City and such. I drove...thought I was getting out of it for once, but it didn't happen that way. On the bright side, I'm getting better at driving in scary places. Not good at it...but better.
I don't have any money, so mostly just wandered through the few places we went - Circuit City, Toys R Us, and Petsmart. Coulda spent a lot of money at any one of 'em if I'd had it. I want a digital jukebox, for one...it was neat seeing them in person. I hadn't realized iPods are so small! Way cool.
