Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Tree and flower and leaf and grass
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

painted coconuts should do the trick...
especially if you aim them directly over his head at a significant height..

The CEO is actually a decent guy. But he's as hamstrung by the votes of the BOD as anybody.

Confirmed that it was, in fact, the OST file size issue all along and that he'd finally been able to get the Balrog to see it and acknowledge the issue. Wow! Did you give that guy a bonus? Sounds like he needs it for just that one thing! :-)

Going on a roadtrip with three brothers, to a campground in New Brunswick, which is in the part of Canada that you hit if you keep going east of Maine. It's a lonnnnnng drive - over seven hours. Longer than I've ever done.
And since the brothers were supposed to be doing the planning, we have no reservations, didn't have directions or anything until tonight, and are hoping the campground we're aiming for has openings by the time we get there. AND we have to go on a ferry...which I'm really feeling afraid of.
This is gonna be kinda like Wedding Moot was for Ruthy - I'm really hoping to conquer some of my phobias! One is driving in strange places. Another will definitely be dealing with the ferry. And another is doing ANYTHING without planning to the last detail.
So...maybe it'll be good for me, if I don't lose my mind first.

I am going to try to plug in my speakers here...I may just accidentally unplug my machine in the process. Long story. Here goes nothing.

The CEO is actually a decent guy. Okay, we must re-align the Cuban voodoo then. Where do we aim - only at the Balrog?
