If that's the one where the aliens bring Mechagodzilla back to life and the daughter of the scorned bitter vengeful scientist helping them is an android, I have that one.I just received about a week ago from Amazon on DVD, I need to watch it again.
Nope. It's the new one where Japan makes a new MechaG from the bones og the original Godzilla. It came out in '02.
Your DVD problems sound like a region thing. DVDs run differently on American players than, say, Japanese ones. Check out
this link and it'll explain more.

I'll try to be open-minded and watch the new one:) I've never seen any of the ones past the Seventies,I'm afraid they'll ruin the whole "Godzilla mentality" for me-I love the cheesiness factor.
I just looked up the Emerson Lake and Plamer DVD I ordered at Amazon-it's a DVD audio, not DVD video. You have to use a special player to watch the video part on your TV(it's ironic-a regular DVD player will play the music part, but not show the video part!),but it plays in the computer just fine, all of it.Thank goodness, because I don't want to buy a special DVD player just for this one DVD!
