I think it is different for all people some of us get scared into the bible some of us should just know better our human nature stops us and pride of self.
You said that God is in control of good and bad, where does the devil fit into this?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The devil and his demons spend all there time studying us so they can find a weakness to sway or trick us into sin. The protective hedge I believe GOD has around His chosen one's and yields as to our growth in our spiritual walk with HIM.
You said that God is in control of good and bad, where does the devil fit into this?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Remember Job and how GOD controlled the whole deal. That is how I believe it happens with us. We have to have bad things happen in our life so we will make a choice(free will) as who we will follow. GOD always comes through on the other side to our good. Also some of the bad that happens is a test, everyone has different test as we learn GOD'S ways. The great thing about GOD is if you fail the test this time you get to take it again till you pass it.
Does God make good Christians who are saved and study the Bible sin?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GOD doesn't make us sin in anyway Adam and Eve established that for us. We are going to sin plain and simple. GOD wants us to do our very best to lean on him just like the Israelite had to learn dunning the 40 days in the desert....

SOUTH AFRICA
Received vision of ships docking in the east, west and south ports of South Africa from all nations, bringing refugees and the wealth of the nations to her shores. The Lord says that South Africa will be a nation of refuge in the days ahead, but her destiny must first be birthed through fires of adversity and further change. South Africa will not escape judgment, but the events to come will bring purification, not destruction, and she will arise out of the fires as more than a conqueror. Revivalist will be sent out from the tip of Cape Town to the uttermost parts of the once Dark Continent, bringing light and reformation to tribes and peoples that are crying out for help and intervention. The Anointing will bring about change, arrest the powers which would try to bring about anarchy and chaos, and unleash in one day the substance to do the work which the UN, US and all the worlds leaders combined could not accomplish in one decade. Supernatural reformation and the Government of God is about to visit to the continent of Africa.
AUSTRALIA
I saw the entire continent of Australia on fire with the Anointing. Flames were rising from the center of the continent and quickly spreading to Perth on the West Coast, to the north, the south, the east; spreading like an inferno to Indonesia and the islands of the sea. I saw the enemy release legions of demons in an attempt to stop the flames from spreading across the ocean; demons of division, pride, slander, gossip, greed, self promotion, and every manner of deceptive spirit sent to try to cause the Body of Christ to war against each other instead of the powers of darkness, but in the midst of the warfare I saw great generals from other lands set their feet upon Australian soil, and as soon as their feet touched the soil I saw waves of anointing ripple across the land, ending the demonic assaults and preparing the way for the Government of God in Australia. Between the last week of July and the first week of August many battles will be fought and won on this continent, but this is just the beginning.
ALASKA
If you look at a map, Alaska resembles a Watchman overlooking Russia and the Far East across the Aleutians. The beginning of judgment, revival and the renting of the veil in North America will be heralded by a GREAT quake in Alaska, which we have been forewarned would be preceded by a smaller quake south of Alaska in the 7.0 range. Do not fear, for when the veil is rent over the Watchman of Russia and the Far East, waves of Living Water will ripple out from the North American Continent to the ends of the earth.
PHILIPPINES
Because of the Philippine's strategic location within the 10/40 Window, the enemy is trying to stir up a spirit of Islamic Fundamentalism and Terrorism to create instability in the islands. A great battle is now being waged in the heavenlies over the destiny of the Philippines, called as a spiritual leader and launching pad of evangelism in the Asian-Pacific Region. The Lord says, "Do not react in the manner the enemy wishes you to react (to terrorism). Instead of pulling out your investments from the Philippines, INVEST in the 7,000 islands for the sake of the harvest! Do not curse the land, but bless it, for great revivalists will be trained and sent out of these apostolic islands, mountains in the midst of the nations!"
I have now been based full time in the Philippines for SEVEN YEARS. This seven-year period ended while I was ministering in California over the Memorial Day Weekend, and interestingly, the last of our belongings was stolen out of storage in the desert. This is very prophetic. Seven years of famine, to be followed by seven years of prosperity ... I believe it. Did you know that your family can prosper even in the midst of judgments and adversity? The key is moving with the Ark, and being obedient to the Holy Spirit regardless of what other's think. You may look crazy in the eyes of the world, but obedience is the key to your happiness and success in the future.
CHANGING OF THE GUARDS
During the latter half of 2004, many vessels of the anointing -- carriers of the Ark -- will be scouting out new lands, and some called to relocate in the upcoming year. For many, God has given you a choice of several alternative cities or nations. And for others, He has called you to remain in your present location, or move to another specific target. Never relocate out of fear, even if your city is marked for judgment. For the Holy Spirit can snatch you out at the very last moment, just as he snatched Philip to another geographical location by the Spirit in Acts chapter 8. Do not leave your post until the very hour of your release.
SCHEDULE
I will not be taking any more international flights until the fall when I return to North America. Recently I have had some serious problems with veins collapsing in my legs (from sitting too long on international flights), which was a real wake up call for me to lose weight and get into shape during the latter half of 2004. Thus, Australia has been temporarily put on hold until the end of the year, but I will be standing with Australia in the Spirit during this critical time of birthing, especially during July And August.
