Everybody complains about their local drivers. I've seen traffic in Boston, Indianapolis, St. Louis, even California and Florida. I have a question.
I like to think that drivers in the Baltimore area are unusually patient and considerate by comparison, (with the obvious exceptions, who I assume to be out-of-towners).
Any agreement or disagreement? (And no, I am NOT including drivers -- or pedestrians -- in DC!!!)
