In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of word for the day. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the word of the day; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....
Subbie Slip has her whip, handcuffs and legcuffs today. Havent checked my mood ring yet. Yall behave yourselves, ya hear? Principal JimRob is still out of town. I expect the utmost respect on this thread today. The Mods have been overworked lately.
The rest of the stuff is locked up in my drawer.

All the folderol we are about to see regarding Bill Clinton's book, 'My Lies' will be amusing to watch and entertaining. Have you heard that John Kerry is running for president and that he fought in Vietnam?
How lame. Pretty sad #1, that a university president can't retain her composure for an interview without bawling like a baby. and #2, that she finds anything endearing about the C word. i am NOT a prude and not easily offended by crude language, but that is just NOT a term of endearment, period.
I am with you.
I'm not a prude, and have been known to make sailors blush with my language at times, but to me that word is the most vulgar term there is in the English language.
what is it? it doesn't exist!
Sheesh
bathsheba suits her better.
