You can hide 'em with gloves. Wouldn't be very beachy, but hey, I think you could find some that would work with that pirate outfit!
I can't stand to wear gloves when I am working outside on fencing! That is how they got this way! So I am not wearin' them at the weddin' either! I yam what I yam at this point. ;~D
