Yes, but to a lesser extent.

AAAAAAIIEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somebody get me a root canal to dull the pain....

I've been running utilities and scans and updates and what have yous since I came home tonite. And I just got off the phone after spending an hour with Comcast tech support.

Here's my issues of the day (I've been FReepmailing ecurbh and Bear about some of 'em).

1) I first noticed I couldn't log onto Tripod from home. I can from the office. I've got three websites with them.

2) Bear suggested that I clear the cookies and history (didn't help Bear). But to do so I went to the other Windows XP accounts to make sure I got it all. No problem with mine, the Mrs. and Jr. But wife's sister and Luke have limited accounts. I can no longer access Comcast thru their accounts. I CAN if I give them Administrator status.

3) Went to click on the Online Comcast Suport Icon on my desktop...it's not there even though it tells me it is installed (and I know it was).

So I got on the phone and didn't get very far. The guy helped me to reinstall the Online Suport. But I can't log into it from here. He can with my password. But I can't.

But he thinks the issues are related to the firewall on the router. He's got his "group" looking into it for me and they're supposed to call back.

Sigh...
